Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to information collected when you read this guide. We keep the collection minimal because this is a review site, not a gambling operator, and we do not need much to run it.
What we actually collect
Two categories, nothing more. The first is technical data your browser sends on its own: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, referring page and the times you requested pages. The second is anything you type and send us yourself, which in practice means the content of a message you write to our contact address.
We do not ask for your name, your date of birth, your address, your payment details or any account credentials. If you send us those unprompted, we delete them rather than store them.
Why we hold it
Technical data lets us see which guides get read, which pages break on mobile and where traffic arrives from. That shapes what we write next. Message content is held only so we can reply to you and keep a record of the conversation if it continues.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not score you, and we do not run automated decisions about visitors.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets functional cookies that remember your consent choice and any display preference. Those are required for the page to behave consistently and cannot be switched off without breaking it.
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. They report aggregate figures: page views, time on page, device category, approximate region. Your browser settings can block or clear all of these at any time, and refusing them still leaves the guide fully readable. Some pages carry tracking parameters in outbound links so a partner can attribute a click, and that partner then applies its own privacy terms.
How long it stays
Server logs are cleared after ninety days. Aggregated analytics reports, which no longer identify anyone, are kept for up to twenty six months. Email threads are kept for twelve months from the last reply, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider processes server logs as part of delivering the site. Our analytics provider processes the aggregate figures described above. Casino operators we link to receive only the fact that a click arrived from here, never any personal record from us.
We do not sell data. We disclose it to authorities only where a valid legal order requires it.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect anything processed beforehand.
Write to [email protected] with the request and a rough date of your visit, which helps us locate the relevant log entries. We reply within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can escalate to the data protection authority in your province or country.
Children
This site is for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under eighteen and will erase such data if it reaches us.
Updates to this page
When our practices change, we rewrite this page and change the revision date at the top. Substantial changes to what we collect will be flagged on the site itself rather than made quietly.
